The speed limiter is installed by almost all car manufacturers to improve safety and comply with the laws of most countries worldwide.
When a certain speed is reached (from 180 to 240 km/h on different models), the speed limiter sends a command to the ECU to stop supplying the fuel mixture to the combustion chambers for a short time, in order to reduce the vehicle’s speed below the set threshold. Many workshops bypass the limiter by installing so-called “speed limiter bypass devices” that distort the speed sensor signals, but their use comes with certain risks.
ISTOCHNIK MOSHNOSTI only performs software-based removal of the speed limit during ECU reprogramming on TOYOTA and LEXUS vehicles, ensuring the correct behavior of the vehicle.
ATTENTION!
ISTOCHNIK MOSHNOSTI warns: Exceeding the speed limit set by traffic regulations on public roads is an administrative offense and may result in administrative penalties, including revocation of your driving license and administrative arrest; it can also cause traffic accidents posing a threat to the life and health of road users. ISTOCHNIK MOSHNOSTI is not responsible for any possible consequences of removing the software speed limit on vehicles.
